Upside-Down Orange Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 to 4 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine butter, orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar and orange rind. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour almost all into lightly buttered large muffin tin or a cake pan. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Cut in shortening; add milk.
Stir until dough follows fork around the bowl.
Knead for 1/2 minute.
