Mushrooms Stuffed With Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
12 mushroom caps
buttered crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix crabmeat with dry bread crumbs, onion, salt and parsley. Add egg and mix well.
Fill mushroom caps with the mixture and sprinkle with buttered crumbs and cheese.
Place in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until lightly browned or under preheated broiler with the broiler rack 3 inches from flame.
Allow to brown lightly before serving.
Shrimp, finely cut, may be substituted for the crabmeat. Serves 4.
