Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 qt. (8 c.) instant powdered milk
1 lb. (1 c.) powdered sugar
1 (11 oz.) jar (1 c.) Pream, Cremora, etc.
1 lb. can (2 c.) instant cocoa mix (Hershey's, Nestle's, etc.)
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well; store in airtight container.
Makes 6 pounds of mix or 30 servings.
