Canned Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

corn, cut from cob
boiling water
1 tsp. salt per qt.
2 tsp. sugar per qt.
2 tsp. lemon juice per qt.
Preparation

Cut corn from cob as soon as possible.
Pour boiling water over corn to almost cover it.
Boil 1 minute.
Add salt, sugar and lemon juice per quart.
Put in jars while hot.
Put jars in hot water.
Cook 2 hours.
For pressure canner, process 10 to 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
