Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled, diced and cooked until tender, drain
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients well and place in a buttered casserole. Top with dry stuffing.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
