Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Put first 3 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Add Crisco; mix well.
In small bowl, beat together with fork 1/2 cup water, vinegar and egg.
Combine the two mixtures.
Stir with fork. Divide dough into 5 portions and freeze (or make pies).
Makes approximately 5 flaky crusts.
