Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of baking soda
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and mix.
    Add buttermilk and mix.
    Put on floured wax paper.
    Sift a little flour on top and pat with hand to about 1-inch thick.
    Cut with cutter to the size you want. (Pint jar turned upside down.)
    Put in a greased iron skillet. Put grease (oil) on top of biscuits.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 10 biscuits.
