Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    10 flaky Bilo biscuits
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 apples
Preparation
    Boil the first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    In separate bowl, mix sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Set this aside. Roll out biscuits.
    Place apple slices in biscuits.
    Top this with the sugar mixture and nutmeg mixture.
    Roll biscuits around apples and pinch together.
    Place smooth side up in buttered dish.
    Bake for 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with ice cream.
