Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

fresh chicken wings
12 oz. Durkee hot sauce
3 sticks real butter
1 oz. Texas Pete pepper sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken wings into sections; discard tips.
Deep fry wing sections until crispy.
Melt butter in saucepan slowly!
Pour off butter oil off top of pan, saving butter fat in bottom of pan. Mix 12 ounces hot sauce and 1 ounce pepper sauce to butter fat. Stir wings in and serve.
Caution, this is one hot dish!
