Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 yeast cake
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast cake in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Set aside to cool. Scald milk with shortening added.
    Set aside to cool.
    Sift together sugar, salt and flour.
    Add milk and yeast.
