No Bake Polka Dot Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    orange rind, grated
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler; cool in pan.
    Whip the cream until stiff; fold 1/2 of the whipped cream into cooled melted chips.
    Add 1 cup mini marshmallows and put on top of crumb layer.
    Add the remaining 1/2 of crumb mixture on top of chocolate layer.
    Then put remaining whipped cream on top of this.
    Sprinkle with grated orange rind.
    Let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours before cutting.
    So good.
