Baked Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. roasting chicken
3 lb. potatoes
parsley flakes (approximately 3 Tbsp.)
celery (approximately 4 to 5 stalks)
paprika
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Add parsley flakes.
Dice celery stalks and add to potatoes.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes. Place rest of potatoes around chicken.
Chicken can be stuffed with potatoes, if desired.
Cover chicken with paprika.
Cover chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
