Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
3 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Blend in beaten eggs, sour milk and bananas. Add flour, salt and soda. Blend well.
Fold in walnuts. Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check for doneness in center of loaf with toothpick. Remove from pan immediately.
Makes 1 standard loaf.
