Coconut Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box Jell-O cook and serve pudding mix
    3 c. milk (I use 2 c. nonfat powdered milk (mixed) and 1 c. evaporated milk)
    2 large or 3 small eggs, separated
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cook filling as on box but add egg yolks to mixture before cooking.
    Add coconut after filling is cooked.
