Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O (no sugar)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, lemon juice and water in blender.
Add cottage cheese and pour into bowl.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into crust shell and refrigerate.
