Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. plain flour
2 tsp. chicken flavored granulated bouillon
1 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
6 green spring onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on packages; place in a large Pyrex dish which has been buttered.
Before starting to mix the sauce, have everything measured and on the cabinet beside the stove since the sauce can stick to the pan easily while it is cooking.
