Chicken Smitane - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small clove garlic
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
4 lb. chicken pieces
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Mash garlic with sour cream, lemon juice, seasoned salt and paprika.
Coat chicken with sour cream mixture.
Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator.
Remove chicken from sour cream mixture, allowing as much as possible to adhere.
Gently roll in crumbs and arrange in single layer in greased long shallow baking dish.
Pour melted margarine over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
