Oven Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/3 cube butter
3 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish and place in cold oven. Turn oven to 350\u00b0. Bake covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 2.
