Mrs. Siniard'S Squash Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together to the consistency of pancake mix. Cook as you would regular pancakes.
