Cheese Pizza Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube refrigerated biscuits (10 pack)
    dried oregano for sprinkling
    garlic powder for sprinkling
    10 (1-inch) cubes Mozzarella cheese (5 oz.)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared pizza or spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick vegetable spray; set aside.
    Separate the dough into 10 pieces.
    Make an indentation in the center of each piece with your thumb.
    Lightly sprinkle each indentation with oregano and garlic powder.
    Top each with a cheese cube.
    Pull dough over the cheese and firmly pinch the dough together so that the cheese is completely enclosed.
    (This is very important to prevent cheese from oozing out during baking.)
    Place on cookie sheet, seam side down, 2-inches apart. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
    Light brush the tops with pizza sauce.
