Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3 sticks celery, chopped fine
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 slices white bread, torn
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Remove from the heat.
    Add bread, potatoes and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
