Shrimp With Spinach Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1 qt. half and half
    Pepper
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 pie shaped wedge parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. romano cheese, grated
    2 t. parsley
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach fettucini
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of butter in a large frying pan on low heat. Add 1/2 cup flour and stir to make a thick gravy. Add the half & half (if too thick, use milk to thin). Season with pepper and seasoned salt. Add the parmesan and romano cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Add shrimp or crab. Cook 1/2 large package spinach fettucini and mix with shrimp in frying pan. Serves 7 to 8.
