Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    3 3/4 c. vegetable stock
    2/3 c. sour cream
    salt
Preparation
    Heat oil; cook onion and garlic.
    Add carrots and stock; boil about 25 minutes.
    Add sour cream and serve.
    Do not boil after adding cream.
