Snow Hut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon Jello
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. orange juice
    1 - 10 inch Angel Food cake, torn in small pieces
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Using large mixing bowl, dissolve lemon Jello in hot water, add orange juice and let set until thick but not jelled.
    Fold in some Cool Whip.
    Push into mixture small pieces of angel food cake until it will absorb no more.
    When set, unmold and frost with whipped topping.
    Garnish with strawberries.
    Serves 6 - 8.
