Ingredients

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped (for topping)
Preparation

Mix the gelatine and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Blend in milk.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Do not boil! Remove from heat; add chocolate.
Stir until chocolate melts, then beat with whisk until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Chill until almost set.
