Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil, then sifted dry ingredients.
    Add carrots and eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts last.
    Blend well. Bake in medium loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
