Ada'S Incredible (Nut) Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. dates, cubed
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. red and green candied cherries
2 lb. pecans
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Fold in sugar, dates, candied fruit, sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Add pecan meats by hand.
