Raisin Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seeded raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in cold water
1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Cook raisins, sugar and ginger in boiling water until raisins are tender.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Pour in unbaked crust and add crumbs.
