Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut large onions into rings.
    Dry thoroughly and coat with flour.
    Mix ingredients well to form a batter.
    Dip the floured onion rings into the batter and drain off excess.
    Fry in deep hot oil until brown.
    Drain on paper.
