Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; blending well.
    Place in a foil-lined baking dish.
    Cover meat loaf with foil until well wrapped.
    Add some water in the bottom of baking dish to tenderize.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
