Ham-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
pastry for 9-inch pie shell
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 to 1 c. chopped ham
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter.
Mix milk and eggs.
Add to spinach.
Place ham and cheese on bottom of pastry shell.
Pour other ingredients on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
