Banana Nut Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 lb. ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sprinkle sweetener over bananas; blend well.
    Blend in eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to banana mixture.
    Do not overmix.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Pour batter into greased 4 x 7-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until done.
