Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 doz. large clean shrimp, butterflied
    3 diced peppers (red, yellow and green)
    1 small onion, diced
    fresh parsley
    plain bread crumbs
    mayonnaise
    sea fingers
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onion in oil and butter.
    Add parsley; mix with bread crumbs.
    Blend with mayonnaise.
    Add chopped sea fingers.
    Put 1 tablespoon stuffing on each shrimp.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until done.
