Grandmom'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain white corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meal, flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix together.
    Pour 3 cups boiling water over flour mixture and margarine.
    Mix well, eliminating any lumps.
    Add 1 cup milk and 2 eggs last.
    Mix and pour into a greased and floured 12 x 8-inch pan or small Bundt pan. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
    Pour 4 ounces water over top of pan when you take from oven.
