Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
4 c. bread, cubed
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
salt, pepper and sage
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together and add 2 cups broth.
Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
If too dry, add more broth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy on top.
