Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    6 pieces orange peel
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil whole potatoes until tender.
    Take off skin; slice thin. Put in buttered Pyrex dish a layer of potatoes, sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon and butter.
    When dish is filled, sprinkle top layer of potatoes with sugar, butter, cinnamon and orange peel. Add water; bake until brown and well candied, about 30 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
