Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (12 oz. each) cans Pet evaporated milk (save can to measure regular milk)
    3 cans regular milk
    cinnamon
Preparation
    In a 3-quart casserole (ungreased), mix all of the ingredients together.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
    Stir occasionally to prevent a hard crust from forming on top.
    Add regular milk if it gets too dry.
