Chicken Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Egg Beaters
1 Tbsp. milk
2/3 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Trim excess fat from chops.
Mix egg and milk.
Dip meat on all sides in egg and milk mixture, then in crushed croutons.
Cook meat until brown on both sides.
Season with salt.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cover; cook in microwave on Braise for 20 minutes.
