Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. mixed pickles
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve over hot water.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
