Pork And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork, trimmed of fat
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    2 c. torn fresh spinach leaves
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Partially freeze pork; slice thinly into bite-size strips. Stir together soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and ginger.
    Set aside.
