Bean Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinto beans or use 2 cans pintos
    1 can Cajun tomato sauce
    1 egg or bread crumbs (for filler)
    celery
    chives
    green peppers (sweet and hot)
    parsley
    onion
    garlic
    grated sharp and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix beans, chopped spices and bread crumbs or egg.
    Form into a well defined loaf.
    Use large loaf pan.
    Put cheese on top and smooth sauce all over top and sides.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
