Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage (3 c.)
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Allow sausage and grated cheese to get to room temperature. Mix together with hands all ingredients, adding Bisquick 1 cup at a time.
Form into balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
