Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    3 tsp. liquid smoke
    5 tsp. (heaping) Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and refrigerate for 3 days.
    On the third day, take out and knead for 5 minutes, then return to refrigerator.
    On the morning of the fourth day, shape into 3 rolls.
    Put each roll in separate sheet of foil (shiny side against hamburger).
    Prick foil in several places with fork. Place on rack with drip pan under it and bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 200\u00b0.
