Doubletree Post Oak Christmas Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. butter or 3 cubes
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 lb. white chocolate baking chips or chocolate chips
    8 oz. dried cranberries (cranraisins)
    8 oz. chopped pecans
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. quick rolled oats
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. real lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Beat at low speed until mixed. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly fold flour into the butter mixture. Add lemon juice concentrate; blend well. Fold in white chocolate, cranberries and nuts.
