Apricot Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes orange jello
    2 cups boiling water
    1 can Apricot Pie Filling
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water add the balance of the first 4 items, and partially set in a 9 inch square pan.
    Cook orange juice, sugar, flour and egg until thickened.
    Cool Add whipped cream. Spread over first layer.
    Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
