Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 layer thinly shredded lettuce
1 layer thinly chopped celery
1 layer thinly chopped onion
1 can LeSueur green peas
Preparation

Spread peas over first 3 ingredients.
Sprinkle garlic salt (very little) over top of peas.
Spread mayonnaise over top of peas until completely covered.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of mayonnaise.
Slice olives thin and put on top of cheese.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
