Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. half and half or sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done and drain off water.
    Add half and half and beat or mash until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    (Will keep for a week.)
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 14.
