Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs or 4 yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs, salt, mustard and sugar.
    Heat vinegar and water, not boiling, just warm.
    Add the egg mixture and cook until it thickens.
    Stir constantly so it won't scorch.
    This will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
    Great for potato salad!
