White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. candied cherries
    12 oz. white raising
    24 oz. whole pecans
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, margarine, and eggs.
    Mix together flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
    Add both together and mix well.
    Add cherries, raisins, and pecans.
    Line 2 loaf pans with foil.
    Add batter and bake at 275\u00b0 for 2-1/4 hours.
    When cool, wrap in cloth dampened with orange juice for 1 week.
