Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter or margarine, melted
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb flavored dressing mix
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix butter and dressing mix; spread 1/2 in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Precook zucchini and onion in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and spread over crumbs in pan.
    Mix together sour cream, soup and grated carrot.
    Pour over crumb mixture in pan.
    Cover with the remaining 1/2 of crumb mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
